Child on camp

Child's age: 11

I've joined 3 camps, had lots of fun in each of them AND I look forward to the next one!

The staff are really nice and are great at motivating the kids no matter what the age.

Parent of child on camp

Child's age: 8

Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts for all you have done!

Our son was so down on himself about sport before the summer and would refuse to join in. The coaches have done such a great job building his confidence that I'm quite emotional when writing this. He's now wanting to join a cricket team and is confident playing games at school lunchtimes. I just wanted you to know how much you have done for us. Brilliant, brilliant camp :)

We'd love it if you would...

What you can expect from us.

Fun sporting activities & theme days

Our committed staff bring a wealth of sporting experience and our courses reflect these with a variety of specialised sport-specific activities and multi-sports skills on offer on a daily basis. All activities are age appropriate for each bubble. We also have a variety of Theme Days which give the children (and coaches!) an opportunity to dress up for the day. Details of these will be given to parents in advance as part of the camp welcome email that details the child's individual coach and other handy to know info for their child's time with us on camp.

Trophies, medals & certificates

Every child will receive a medal across their camp experience.

Every child will receive a certificate with three to collect.

Our star player trophies are given out to a selective few throughout our camp experiences.

Discounts & Cancellations

Sibling discounts are applied at 20%. This is available for every subsequent child when they are accompanying a full-price brother or sister. For example in a family of three, the oldest child will be need to book as a Full-price childs place and then the two younger siblings will be eligible to come as Sibling Savers. These are dropdown options that you will need to select for each child at booking.

Block booking discounts are available for any camp - other than the summer holidays - booked in its entirety. The discount will be automatically applied at the checkout upon selection of your dates. In the summer holidays block booking discounts start at 10% for two consecutive weeks booked together. This rises to 15% when the full 4 weeks are booked together. We are Ofsted Registered and our holiday camps are eligible for both the Childcare Voucher and Tax-free Childcare schemes. For our Cancellations & Refunds policy please see our Policies page which you can navigate to from our footer menu.

Covid response

We have now ceased to use the 15 only bubble system and are back to operating with our usual groups model. This involves both higher numbers per group as well as levels of interaction cross-group. We are however monitoring the situation closely, continuing to sanitise and clean equipment regularly and keeping up to date with any changes to current Government advice and guidelines.

What we'll need you to bring.

Fancy dress/props for Theme Days (optional)

For an added layer of fun some of our camps will have Theme Days. These are entirely optional and parents will be advised in advance of any that are running in their child's time on camp. The list of our current themes are as follows: Nerf Wars, Spy Day, Superhero Day, Whacky Socks & Crazy Locks, Disney Day, Pirates, Circus, Animal Safari, Celebration of Nations, The Mighty Jungle, Under the Sea, Going Green, Storybook Character, Mad Scientists, Sports Madness (Dress up as your favourite sports star)

Food & drinks

**Please, NO nuts & NO fizz** At morning break we provide a selection of fresh fruit options for each child to choose a piece from. Please then do provide a healthy lunch for the children as they will be hungry and need it to set them up with plenty of energy for the rest of the day's activities. Plenty of fluids is definitely a must, especially at warmer times of the year. It is England we know, but the sun can shine sometimes! A water bottle that they can refill as they need throughout the day is really the best option.

Suitable footwear

Afraid that the rollerblades and novelty slippers will have to stay at home and sit this one out. Comfort is the name of the game here as the children will be moving a lot. Trainers are ideal or astroturfs/moulds for those who want to wear these - particularly those on the football course. For safety though we do ask for no studs.

Appropriate and additional clothing

Comfortable clothing is a must. A waterproof layer is pretty much always advisable - we'd love to say otherwise but you know the weather! And layers are key so that the children can add or subtract as and when they need to stay the most comfortable at all times throughout the day. For the younger children it may be advisable for them to also have a change of clothes with them should you think they'll be a possibility that they'll need them.
