Early/late collection
In accordance with Ofsted regulations, our doors remain locked at all times before 4.00pm.
If you are collecting early, please notify us of the intended time at registration. Once you've arrived to collect, please call the Camp Lead on 07938 575 124 to be let in.

If you are running late, please call the Camp Lead on 07938 575 124 and let them know as soon as possible.
Sign out procedure
At the end of the day, each group lines up behind their coach.
When children see a parent/guardian they must identify the person collecting them, inform their coach and give them a high-5 before leaving.
Medical conditions
If your child requires medication throughout the day, we must be made aware of this prior to your child's first day of camp or at registration at the latest so that we can prepare to take the appropriate action.
All information about your child's medical needs will be kept strictly confidential.
Accidents
All staff are first-aid trained and minor accidents will be treated on-site with all incidents recorded by the Camp Lead.
If your child does experience an accident you will receive an Accident Report Form with the incident details upon their collection.
If there is a more serious incident, your child becomes unwell or experiences a head injury (irrespective of severity), you will be contacted immediately by phone.
Disruptive behaviour
On camp we encourage and reward positive behaviour whilst dealing firmly and fairly with any that is disruptive.
Our Camp Code of Behaviour is on display at all times, and staff will explain to the children what is expected of them regarding behaviour throughout the day.
Any behavioural issues will be addressed as they arise, but in serious or persistent cases, parents will be contacted.
Please let us know if your child has any special requirements or needs, as we want every child to have the best time possible with us. All disclosures are treated in the strictest confidence.
Prize policies
Medals, trophies and prizes are awarded daily.
Recipients are selected upon the display of behaviours that we feel best represent our Star Qualities of Integrity, Innovation, Sportsmanship, Leadership, Enthusiasm and Determination.
These are then celebrated in an awards ceremony that takes place at the end of each day where the children are given their prize and their Star Quality Act is shared with the whole camp.
Photos of the days award winners will be shared on our social media.
What to wear
Comfortable clothing and footwear is a must.
Multiple layers are key so that the children can add or subtract as and when in order to stay comfortable at all times throughout the day. It's also advisable that one of these layers be waterproof.
For the younger children it may be also be necessary for them to also have a change of clothes with them if toilet accidents are a possibility.
Trainers are ideal footwear and moulds/astroturf's if comfortable can also be worn, but please, never studs.

Theme Days are an opportunity for the children to attend camp in fancy dress. This is entirely optional and details of these will be on our Parents page & social media prior to camp starting.

What to bring/not to bring
Please provide a healthy lunch and drink that will give the children energy *no fizzy drinks*. A water bottle that can refilled as needed is a good option as hydration is vital during high levels of activity.
Sun cream should be provided in the summer months and we ask that your child knows how to apply it.

Camps are nut allergy friendly so please refrain from bringing any nuts or items containing nuts.

There's no need to bring your child's own sports equipment to camp; we have plenty!

No phones, iPads, tablets, or other electronic devices; we'll be too busy being active.
No other valuables, such as jewellery or watches.
Cancelations & refunds
Please note, that once you have made a booking with us it means that we will organise our service appropriately and in direct response to the number of bookings we have received.
If you are unable to attend the dates that you have booked with us for any reason, you are eligible for a full reimbursement if we are notified no less than 7 days prior to the date that your booking is due to start. This allows us enough time to change our commitments accordingly.
After the 7-day period you will no longer be eligible for a direct refund but will instead be issued a voucher code to rebook on our website at your earliest convenience and up to the maximum of 12 months later.
If you have any additional questions, need to notify us of a cancellation or would like to request a refund, please feel free to contact us.
In the event that any bookings are cancelled by us as a company, all parties will be informed immediately and eligible for full reimbursement.
