Cancellation Policy – Teamtheme Kent

Please note, that once you have made a booking with us it means that we will organise our service appropriately and in direct response to the number of bookings we have received. 

 

If you are unable to attend the dates that you have booked with us for any reason, you are eligible for a full reimbursement if we are notified within 7 days prior to the date that your booking is due to start, allowing us enough time to change our commitments accordingly.

 

After the 7-day period you will no longer be eligible for a direct refund but will instead be issued a voucher code to rebook on our website at your earliest convenience and up to the maximum of 12 months later.

In the event that any bookings are cancelled by us as a company, all parties will be informed immediately and eligible for full reimbursement.

Privacy Policy

What type of information we collect.

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, lengths of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including emergency contact details, dependants’ names, age, school and medical conditions) payment details (including credit card information) and feedback.

 

How we collect such information.

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the booking process, we collect personal information you give us such as names, phone number, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

 

Why we collect such personal information.

We collect such Non-personal and Personal information for the following purposes:

1. To provide and operate the Services

2. To provide our Users with ongoing customer service

3. To be able to contact our Users with personalised or general service-related notices and promotional messages

4. to create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services

5. To comply with any applicable laws and regulations

 

How we store, use, share and disclose site visitors’ personal information.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

Individual emergency contact details, as well as a record of medical conditions and image use preferences are held for the duration of a camp for the purpose of monitoring attendance, as contact details in case of any emergency and for direction in the use of any photography for subsequent marketing purposes. At the close of every camp this information is deleted. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by the PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help to ensure the safe handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. 

 

How we communicate with our site visitors.

We may contact you to notify you regarding your booking, to troubleshoot problems with your booking, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinion through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company and any services that we believe may be of interest to you and any agreement that we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone and text messages.
