We record and act on any disclosure or concern raised by a child, parent, or member of staff, in line with our Complaints and Safeguarding procedures.
If a concern is ever raised that a criminal offence may have been committed, we have a legal obligation - and will always act on it - to contact the police.
Any complaint or concern is reviewed by our Senior Management Team, with Ofsted able to be contacted directly by any parent or carer who feels their concern hasn't been resolved.

Our educators are trained to differentiate; effectively adapting sessions so that children of all abilities can take part confidently and in a meaningful and enjoyable way

All staff complete SEND awareness training as part of their induction

Our HAF Camps are free for children eligible for benefits-related free school meals, widening access for families who might not otherwise be able to attend
